Booking

OK, so it all sounds good and you want to book a holiday with us. Here is how you do it:

Choose the dates you want to travel (either Sunday-Sunday or Tuesday-Tuesday) then check there are flights for those dates. Choose the direct flights as they are so much easier for you. E-mail us the details of your dates, how many are in your group and any special requirements you may have. We will then make a preliminary booking and send you a confirmation e-mail with payment details.

We prefer payment by direct transfer through your bank (on the internet or in person) though you can also pay by a PayPal link that will be in the e-mail, using your PayPal account or credit/debit card. Payment automatically confirms that you have accepted the Terms and Conditions listed below.

Book your flights as soon as you get our confirmation and get yourself some sports travel insurance that covers your belongings, medical expenses, cancellation, emergency repatriation and personal liability (in case you pin it into a rambler). We recommend Venture Guard as they are pretty reasonable and cover the things you’ll need. Not only would you be nuts to come out on a downhill or freeride mountainbike holiday without insurance, but we will not let you travel or stay with us. A bit harsh but it’s for your own good.

Once you have paid for you holiday and e-mailed us contact and insurance details, everything will be fully booked and you will have a Dreamride Holiday in Åre, Sweden, to look forward to under the summer. Congratulations.

Now for the small print, also known as Terms and Conditions:

  1. The terms and conditions laid out here form a contract between all the people listed in the group booking and Dreamride Holidays.

  2. No booking shall be deemed accepted unless confirmed in writing (e-mail) by Dreamride Holidays. This takes place after we have received full payment, contact details and details of travel insurance covering medical expenses, personal liability, cancellation, baggage and emergency repatriation. We reserve the right to terminate the booking if you fail to provide the above.

  3. Any problems should be brought to the attention of Dreamride staff as soon as possible and we will do all we can to solve them.

  4. All prices listed were correct on 1st January 2009. We reserve the right to change these prices but will inform you before any changes are made.

  5. Mountainbiking, both competitive and recreational is inherently dangerous. Dreamride Holidays cannot be held liable to accept responsibility for bodily injury, illness or death during your holiday. This includes transportation and accommodation. We can only give advice on suggested trails and their difficulties. Clients must make their own judgements as to their individual abilities and ride entirely at their own risk.

  6. Cancellations. If you cancel your holiday we will do everything we can to refund as much of your money as possible. We cannot guarantee a full refund as this is dependant on external contractors.
